You must use Android OS 5.0 or higher.

** If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower, full access permissions may be required. When upgrading the Android OS to version 6.0 or higher, the access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change, so you must delete and reinstall the app to reset the permissions.

** If you are using a smartphone with Android OS 6.0 or higher, you can individually select whether or not to agree to access permissions by going to Phone Settings > Application Manager > NH Investment & Securities QV > Permissions screen.

- Files and media [storage space] (required): item information, screen files, user settings, etc.

- Collection/use of mobile phone number information (required): identity verification, certificate issuance/management, device information confirmation, customer center connection

- Installed apps (required): Prevent electronic financial accidents by detecting installed threat apps

- Camera (optional): Take a photo of your ID card when opening an online account

- Location (optional): Check current location information when opening an online account or searching for a branch.

- Permissions displayed above other apps (optional): Use visible ARS

- Contact information (optional): Link contact information when gifting stocks

** Even if you do not use the optional access rights, you can use the service without those rights.
